The Diploma in Healthcare Services Management is designed to equip learners with practical knowledge and skills for administrative, operational, and supervisory roles in Singapore’s healthcare sector.
This programme provides learners with a strong foundation in healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, patient communication, healthcare ethics, clinic operations, billing and claims, digital health tools, workplace safety, infection control, and team leadership.
Through instructor-led classroom training, case studies, role-play activities, group work, and real-life healthcare scenarios, students will learn how healthcare services are managed and delivered across clinics, hospitals, community care providers, eldercare providers, and other healthcare-related organisations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Academic Requirements

Language Proficiency
Applicants should possess at least one of the following:
- IELTS 5.5; or
- A pass in GCE ‘O’ Level English; or
- Equivalent English language competency.
Students will be assessed through a combination of written quizzes, oral presentations, role-play evaluations, case studies, group activities, and in-class assessments.
- Successful completion of the prescribed academic unit requirement as set out by the program curriculum.
- A minimum GPA of 2.00.
- Attendance of minimum 75%.
