Refund Policy

If a student chooses to withdraw from any of our courses, a percentage of course & miscellaneous fees will be refunded based on when the student’s written notice of withdrawal is received as shown below:

Student Admission Requirements

St.Hua Private School considers the following factors for student admission:

  1. Following the Application Process: Applicants must submit their applications following the proper procedures and meet all application conditions.
  2. Meeting Course Requirements: Applicants must possess the minimum qualifications necessary for their chosen course at St.Hua Private School.
  3. Passing Assessments (if applicable): Some programs may require applicants to pass an oral interview or placement test before admission.
  4. Truthful Application: All information provided in application and enrollment forms must be accurate and truthful.
  5. Document Verification: Applicants must present original copies of all educational and other required documents during enrollment.
  6. Declaration of Undertaking: Applicants must sign the declaration of undertaking provided by St.Hua Private School.
  7. Management Approval: Final approval for enrollment in the chosen course rests with the St.Hua Private School Management.
  8. Acceptance Letter: Accepted students must sign the official acceptance letter from St.Hua Private School.
  9. Standard Student Contract: Applicants must sign the standard student contract approved by the relevant authorities.
  10. Course Fee Payment: Full course fees must be paid after signing the standard student contract.

Privacy Policy

St.Hua Private School is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it with the utmost care. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines.

  • Limited Access: Only authorized St.Hua Private School staff members can access participant information.
  • Data Sharing Restrictions: We have a strict internal policy that restricts the disclosure of participant information to any third party. Exceptions may be made for relevant parties or government authorities, as required by law.
  • Data Retention and Disposal: We are required to retain all relevant participant data for a minimum of 2 years, according to regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), and learning service provider requirements. After this period, data will be discarded securely and appropriately.
