Diploma in Facilities Management

The Diploma in Facilities Management is designed to equip learners with multidisciplinary knowledge and practical skills required to operate, maintain, and enhance the performance of built environments.

Developed with reference to Singapore’s urban infrastructure, regulatory landscape, and built environment priorities, the programme provides learners with a foundation in building systems and services, maintenance planning, workplace safety, sustainability, energy efficiency, procurement, contract administration, risk management, emergency response, project budgeting, and smart technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Through blended learning, practical activities, simulated project work, case studies, site-based learning opportunities, and a capstone project, students will learn how facilities management supports safe, efficient, compliant, and sustainable building operations in Singapore’s built environment sector.
