Responsibilities:
- Performing general personal & secretarial duties.
- Attending to customer queries via calls and handling courier services and mail.
- Preparing quotations and invoices for clients.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments.
- Ensure that the company’s objectives and sales targets are met.
- Or other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- “A” level / Undergraduate / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to commence work immediately
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No experience needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
- Training will be provided
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday (10:00 – 19:00)
