Microsoft Word

This course is designed for people who are new to computers as an introductory lesson for a word processing class using Microsoft Word. This course will guide the students on how to start word, set screen for good working conditions, understand the parts of the screen, create a document, then format, save and print the document. Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to create a document that is correctly formatted with no spelling mistakes.

Microsoft Excel

This course aims to familiarize the students with the Excel environment and to enable them to perform basic spreadsheet operations. This course will guide the students to maximize their usage of all Excel’s functionality. Upon completion of the course, the students will be able to work comfortably in the Excel environment, create new workbook, manipulate its data, perform operations on ranges, use functions sort data, perform advanced editing tasks and so on.

Microsoft PowerPoint

This course aims to guide the students on how to make PowerPoint slide shows. On this course, the students will learn how to create slides, make changes, add images, charts, motions, movie, sounds and animation. Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to create exciting slide show presentations, and control how your presentation moves from one slide to the next.

Microsoft Access

This course aims to provide the students the basic understanding of Access databases and how they work. This course will guide the students step-by-step in creating the tables, data entry forms, reports and queries for the application. Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to create and manage small and midsize computer desktop databases.

Microsoft Outlook

Outlook delivers innovations you can use to manage your communications, organize your work, and work smarter with others. After completing the course, you will be able to use this integrated solution for managing and organizing e-mail messages, schedules, tasks, notes, contacts, business contact templates, public folders and much more.
