HR Assistant Officer (Full Time/Part Time/Intern)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full recruitment process, from posting of advertisements to securing job offers, on boarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations / welfare.
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, government grants.
  • Maintain HR database.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates, graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • Good organizing and planning skills
  • Has initiative and able to work independently.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Strong administrative and organization skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday from 12:30-19:30.

  • 5 minutes’ walk from Jurong East MRT
