Job Description:
1. Primarily provide trainings to enable students to pursue LEW Certification Course.
2. Designing and developing trainings in close collaboration with various subject matter experts
3. Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes
4. Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning
5. Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
6. Maintaining a database of all training materials
7. Ensure the correct and timely delivery of all classes within assigned modules.
8. Prepare, deliver and conduct reviews and updates of classes, assessments and exams within the scope of responsibility.
9. Ensure the learning outcomes as specified by the academic board are achieved.
10. Mark assignments and exam papers and provide insightful feedback for each category for the students to learn and improve.
11. Develop curriculum for new courses.
Requirements:
1. Degree / Masters / PHD in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications.
2. Recognized by EMA for application of LEW will be an added advantage.
3. Possess knowledge in switching of electrical panels.
4. Possess knowledge in incident report and technical proposals experience.
5. Possess on-site inspection on LT and HT installations experience as per EMA requirements.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
3 – 6 Hours per week.
Flexible schedule, including weekdays or weekends.
