Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • To follow-up with sales enquiries to work with team leader to generate the quotation and invoice.
  • Address customer feedback received through phone, email, social media, and live chat, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Able to communicate / written with English and Mandarin in order to assist Mandarin speaking clients on their queries and concerns.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • ‘A’ Level students, pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and basic IT systems.
  • Experience working in an office environment will be advantageous.
  • Good academic track record will be advantageous.
  • Good organizing and planning skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge in office administration and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Training will be provided.
