Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- To follow-up with sales enquiries to work with team leader to generate the quotation and invoice.
- Address customer feedback received through phone, email, social media, and live chat, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Able to communicate / written with English and Mandarin in order to assist Mandarin speaking clients on their queries and concerns.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- ‘A’ Level students, pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and basic IT systems.
- Experience working in an office environment will be advantageous.
- Good academic track record will be advantageous.
- Good organizing and planning skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge in office administration and social media platforms is preferred.
- Training will be provided.
